India Travel by Car provide services:

• - Traveller’s acceptance of the confirmation vouchers while making advance payment shall mean accepting all below terms and conditions.
• - 30% advance payment for booking to be made on confirmation
• - Balance of 70% to be made 7 days prior to the travel date in favour of “India Travel by Car”.
• - In the sightseeing schedule the vehicle will be parked in parking bay
• - In case of credit card payment (Visa and Master Card) 2.5% surcharge will be charged.
• - After booking, the hotel cannot be changed or replaced.
• - In case of postponement the new tour booking will be subject to availability.
• - No responsibility for delay/changing of times of Volvo bus booking.
• - The Company is not responsible for any loss or expense incurred by the Traveller due to accident, theft, damage of goods, health, life, injury sickness, delay, etc. All losses and expenses will be borne by the Traveller.
• - Traveller travels at his own risk.
• - All sightseeing is subject to time permitted and weather conditions.
• - In the case of missing any sightseeing due to weather conditions, time permission or other unexpected cause – no refund or adjustment will be applicable.
• - The Company is not responsible for any natural calamity, riot, accident damages or theft.
• - The Company is not responsible for the breakdown of the vehicle. The Company will provide a repair vehicle or replacement vehicle only.
• - We reserve the right to cancel any or all booking under unavoidable circumstances.
• - All travellers have to carry their Proof of Identity (Voter, ID, Aadhar Card, Drivers Licences, Passport etc.) to get entry into Hotels.
• - Place of arbitration/jurisdiction shall be Delhi.
